Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue as per our process. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 business days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 45 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at care@shamii.com.

Cancellation
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, which means we are unable to make changes or issue cancellations after your purchase is confirmed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your checkout. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at care@shamsii.com.

Process  
To request a return/refund, you can contact us at care@shamsii.com and we will assist you with the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Please note that we can only accept returns (i) within 7 days of receipt; (ii) if approved as per our process and (iii) if the relevant product delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged during delivery to you, or you have received the wrong product. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another product or refund the payment. Additionally, we can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments/refund if the product has been used or tampered with or does not meet our approval process. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
